Wakefield have five two bedded children’s homes and a specialist home
. They look like all the other homes on the same street and are small nurturing environments for you to enjoy and thrive. Everyone here wants to help you to achieve your best and provide a safe environment for you to thrive in. We understand that moving to a new place to live can sometimes be scary.

I started this job such a long time ago to be a positive influence to each and every young person and family that I spend time with. It may feel scary right now but we will be with you every step of the way. Here at Cottam Home and Regent Home we believe you should have everything you need to enjoy life. We promise to always listen to you and support you in every way we can.

I have worked with young people for such a long time because I believe you should get the very best support possible. My main priority is to make sure you feel safe, well cared for and make memories for the future. I enjoy building relationships and learning about young people including what’s most important to you, your favourite hobbies, meals and much more! We hope you will really like it here.
