Priorities

1.  Better Information and Communication for All

We are working with everyone we can through training and meetings to improve the quality and timeliness of communication.  

2. More General Support for Care Experienced People 

Our 16+ Forum and activity groups worked with Pathways and Next Steps to develop the new Local Offer. 

Joy, a foster Carer, and Rich have been visiting local community groups to promote support in the community for care leavers.

The Birthdays and festivals allowance as well as the setting up home allowance have all increased this year.

3. Better Emotional Wellbeing for everyone

Looking to deliver a Mind Fest day and work with managers and staff to improve everyone's wellbeing
