IRO TEAM

Hi, I’m Paula and I am the team manager for the Independent Reviewing Team.

IROs work hard to make sure that we get the best care for you.

We speak with lots of other people like families, teachers, nurses and police to make sure that we all help you with the things you might need whilst you are in care.

Every six months we organise a review where we talk about things like going to School and what you would like to do in the future, trying to make sure that you see the people who are important to you,

We then work with you to make plans to help keep you safe, healthy and happy.
