Enjoying school is a priority for children in care! Wakefield Council make sure that you have the support of a Wakefield Virtual School which makes sure you get the best support that is right for you

The children in Care strategy says that, where possible, you should stay in your own school and will get access to after school activities.  You will be supported by a designated teacher whose job it is to make sure you get the best possible education.
